It is almost the end of July. We have one more full week and then August will be here. And what a month it has been. I have completely fallen off the weight loss and fasting path. I still fasted over the last year, but it was not my best. Neither was my workouts.
I hired my cousin who is a personal trainer to help me get back on track. She has been helping me for the last month. This coming Monday makes 4 complete weeks of training with her. The first 2 weeks of my training I fasted, but not my best. These last 2 weeks I have been extremely aware of my training and how my body feels. I might not have fasted my One Meal a Day like I usually did, but I listened to my body. If I was starving, I ate. If I could go longer, I did.
Last week I lost 1.8 lbs.
This week I lost 1.8 lbs as well.
I am back on track and will get better every single week. I am so tired, but I can do it. Training these last 4 weeks has shown me that I can do the super hard things. I can do the longer workouts... before it was just me being lazy. My body is sore. My eyes are tired at the end of the night and I might go to bed at 9 or 9:30 every night because I am just drained.

But you know what... I am the only one who can do the hard work to get the results I want. I am the only one... so it's time to do the work. Do the hard things so when I am older it is much easier.
